Jennie Longbottom, MSc BSc FCSP MBAcC Cert Med Ed

Jennie, the Practice Principal of Parks Therapy Centre and Founder of ALIED, qualified from Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham and is an established Chartered Physiotherapist with over 35 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.

Jennie gained a BSc in Psychology in 1997, an MSc in Acupuncture in 2003, a Postgraduate certificate in Medical Education in 2006 and she was made a Fellow of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy [FCSP] in 2009. She was Chair of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists [AACP] from 2004 to 2009 and is a Member of the British Acupuncture Council [BAcC].

Jennie oversees the clinical, professional standards of Parks Therapy Centre. She is committed to the use of Acupuncture in Physiotherapy, and the educational development within ALIED in order to maintain high standards for the benefit of the Physiotherapy profession.

Jennie provides a standard of postgraduate education to postgraduate Physiotherapists that meets with CSP, HPC and CPD requirements. She also provides a mentoring service for physiotherapists undertaking Acupuncture training.
