M-Level Accredited Acupuncture Training
This is a one-day training day to introduce delegates to the use of Acupuncture when used within a controlled programme of IVF to enhance fertility, implantation and retention rates of the embryo. As an AACP Approved Course, the content of the course is defined, but the presentations by the Tutors will be tailored to meet the needs of the delegates.
Delegates on this course should ideally be members of the AACP, BMAS (preferably with advanced training) or members of BAcC.
Delegates should be working in the field of Women's Health and have experience and knowledge of the physiology of fertility, pregnancy and hormonal dysfunction. Ideally a working knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) will be an advantage but is not essential.
AACP delegates are advised that work within this specialised area may require increased professional insurance over and above the CSP insurance and are advised to discuss this with CSP underwriters Graybrooke Insurance, before participation on the course.
All delegates on the course must be prepared to participate actively in needling and sign a Health Screening Form.
